For 25 years, Scott has been immersed in the creative and operational process as a lead in design strategy, account management, and brand architecture. He has multi-disciplinary expertise across branding, identity, motion, digital programs, packaging, and environmental graphics projects.
Scott has built and lead creative teams for clients such as The Today Show, Sundance Film Festival, USC, Pinkberry, TBS, and Art.com. Prior to co-founding Brand Name Studio, Scott was the Brand & Design Director at Ferroconcrete, and previously the Project & Operations Manager at AdamsMorioka. Scott served on the AIGA Los Angeles Board as VP Development from 2006–09, and is a frequent panelist and lecturer in the design community.
He was also the Editor-in-Chief and columnist at LA Downtowner, the cultural publication that quickly became the voice of the hottest creative and business destination in the country.

Mike is a multi-disciplinary designer with over 10 years experience in branding and identity design. He is an alum of Art Center College of Design, and prior to co-founding Brand Name Studio was the Senior Art Director at the brand incubator Ferroconcrete in Downtown Los Angeles.
Mike serves as the founding Designer & Art Director of LA Downtowner, the iconic print and digital publication that has become the voice of DTLA.
Specializing in brand identity and logo design, Mike has designed some of the most widely recognized brands in the country to some of the most exciting, groundbreaking startups. From The Today Show to Winc to DowntownLA.com, his versatile, world-class design skills and understanding of today’s audiences exemplifies how identity systems define brands and connect to followers.
